I never got to express my gratitude for the excellent meal you provided for our Pepper Extravaganza. 
After you had gone I asked the group of players what they thought of the meal.  There was a resounding applause and a standing ovation from the ones who could stand up.  Even today when I meet people they tell me how much they enjoyed the day and especially the food. 
If I ever run one again I will be asking you to provide the same.

Catering for our wedding in Baden

Hi Trevor,

Yesterday I picked up trays of shortbread cookies for the Ray of Hope Staff Christmas dinner, as well as cookies/squares to serve to the Youth in our Facility through the Christmas season. 

I just want to send you this note to say thank you!!  The staff absolutely loved the shortbread cookies, even one who, before she took a bite, said, “I don’t like shortbread!”.  After she ate the cookie, she said, “I just changed my mind.. these are SO good.!  The assorted trays your staff made for the Youth are beautifully put together, and they will so enjoy the goodies. 

Thank you again for the quality of the food, and the care you take in the presentation.  We really appreciate and are proud to serve them.
